The event is sponsored by the Al Weiherer Foundation.

Cleveland Wiffleball added to the Yardball Nation

YBN- Josh Cartwright of Cleveland Tennessee's CWL, hit the Yardball Nation with their link and they have a pretty good thing goin'. Nice looking site and from they're frequently asked question section they're playin' for the right reasons. Here's a portion of that FAQ:
WHY DO GUYS IN THEIR 20'S PLAY WIFFLEBALL?Because we CAN, and because it gives us a chance to feel some of that glory we once felt on the baseball field, but in a less spectacular way. Plus, it's freakin' fun! There's nothing better than blasting a game winning homer in the bottom of the 7th to win a game. There's some things we were never able to accomplish in baseball that we can now do in wiffleball. Sure, wiffleball doesn't compare to the real thing, but it's as close as we can get.
We're glad to welcome the CWL to the Yardball Nation site. You can hit their link by clicking the headline above or
clicking here. We've also added them to our permanent list of links located on the right hand column. If you are interested in becoming a Yardball Nation featured site reach the front office at
